PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES:When scheduling an appointment you will be required to pay a $50 NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE deposit that will secure your appointment. Your remaining balance is due in CASH the day of your service. (If you want to pay with CREDIT/DEBIT CARD please select the service that says “ShopPay/PayPal”
NOW OFFERING SHOP-PAY/Paypal (4 easy installment payments) FOR OMBRÉ SERVICES. When booking ombré with ShopPay you will be able to pay in 4 easy installments through ShopPay. You must book your appointment then immediately go to www.Stealyourprettybrowbar.com and check out (must be done within 5 minutes of booking or appointment will be canceled.) please note there are no refunds on services and your payment plan is through ShopPay/PayPal. THIS IS FOR NEW SERVICES ONLY IF YOU HAVE WORK DONE BY ANOTHER ARTIST YOU MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICE!
Once an appointment is canceled it CAN NOT be rescheduled.
FACIAL SERVICES/TEETH WHITENING: When scheduling an appointment you will be required to pay a $25 non refundable/nontransferable deposit. Appointments can be reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date. NO REFUNDS!
THREADING/WAXING & LASH SERVICES: When booking any eyebrow threading/waxing or individual/strip lashes you will not be required to pay a deposit however you must have a valid credit card on file. You have the option of paying online or at the shop. However if you book an appointment and reschedule or cancel after the allowed time you will be charged a minimum of $10 or half the amount of your service/services for the late rescheduling/cancellation fee.
NO CALL NO SHOWS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT AND NONPAYMENT OF FEES WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLOCKED FROM MAKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS! NO REFUNDS!
LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time for your appointment, scheduling time is limited. There is a 5 min grace period, at 6 minutes up to 9 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. At 10 mins you will be considered a no call no show and your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount. ( ex: if your appointment is scheduled for 11am at 11:06 you are officially late & will be charged a $10 late fee and at 11:10 your appointment will be canceled and charged the full amount) If payment is not received you will be blocked from making future appointments.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to day of service to apply your deposit (or money paid for an appointment) towards the new appointment. ONLY ONE RESCHEDULE WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THAT A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED! Once an appointment is cancelled it CAN NOT be rescheduled. PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDED IF YOU CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT.
If you book an appointment and you need to change it, please do so by the confirmation email that was sent to you or if its past that deadline please contact someone at the shop via phone @769-243-7649 or via email at beautinbrowzbylatoyajanelle@gmail.com. A new deposit will be required for appointments rescheduled after the deadline or appointments that have been cancelled .
